Email Setup

We are in the process of improving the security and resiliency of our email offering by establishing new secured settings for our customers who use email software such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple mail to access their rtci.net email account.

To take advantage of the improved settings in your email client software (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, or Apple Mail), we need you to make some changes to your email client settings.

Please take the time to review the settings on your devices and update your incoming and outgoing server names as follows:

INCOMING SERVER SETTINGS
mail.rtci.net (POP & IMAP)
POP with SSL - port 995
IMAP with SSL - port 993

OUTGOING SERVER SETTINGS
smtp.rtci.net
SMTP SSL required - port 465
SMTP alternate no SSL - port 587

Full email address and password for authentication (In & Out)
25MB outgoing restriction
