SERVICE REQUEST

To submit an RTI service request, begin by selecting your plan, desired lines, and phone. Then enter your contact details, including your name, phone number, and email, followed by your service address. If you’re an existing customer, provide your account number. Specify your preferred contact method, and, if applicable, indicate your preferred service date and time. Add any additional notes or instructions, sign if required, and then submit the form. Keep any confirmation information you receive for future reference. Your complete and accurate information helps RTI assist you promptly.
