Basic Features

Call Waiting

  • To Use: When you hear a beep during a call, press the flash button to switch between calls.
  • Cancel Call Waiting (*70): Temporarily disable call waiting before making a call by dialing *70.

Caller ID

  • Calling Name & Number: Shows the name and number of the incoming caller.
  • Calling Number ID Only: Displays only the number of the incoming caller.
  • Calling Name & Number with Call Waiting: Provides Caller ID functionality along with call waiting feature.
  • Calling Number ID with Call Waiting: Displays the number of the incoming caller on call waiting.

Three-Way Calling

  • To Use: During a call, press the flash button, dial the third party, and press the flash button again to connect all parties.

Directory Services

  • Directory Service (411): Dial 411 for directory assistance.
  • Non-Published Directory Service: Opt-out of having your number listed in public directories.

Advanced Calling Features

Voice Mail

  • Basic, Plus, Enhanced: Access your voicemail by dialing your voicemail access number and following the prompts.

Call Forwarding (*72)

  • To Activate: Dial *72, then the phone number where you want calls forwarded. Press the call button.
  • To Deactivate: Dial *73.

Additional Listing

  • To Request: Contact your service provider to add an additional listing in the directory.

Call Forward Busy

  • To Activate: Set up forwarding for when your line is busy.

Call Forward Do Not Answer

  • To Activate: Set up forwarding for when you do not answer the call.

Call Forward Remote Access

  • To Use: Forward your calls remotely from a different phone number.

Automatic Call Return

  • To Use: Automatically returns the last incoming call.

Call Block

  • To Activate: Block specific numbers from calling you.

Last Call Return (*69)

  • To Use: Dial *69 to call back the last number that called you.
  • Last Call Return Deactivation (*89): Dial *89 to deactivate this service.

Long Speed Calling – 30 Numbers (*75)

  • To Set Up: Assign up to 30 numbers for speed dialing.

Priority Call (*61)

  • To Use: Set certain numbers as priority calls, which may have a distinctive ring.

Selective Call Acceptance (*64)

  • To Use: Allow calls only from a predefined list of numbers.

Selective Call Forwarding (*63)

  • To Use: Forward calls from specific numbers to a different phone number.

Selective Call Rejection (*60)

  • To Use: Block calls from specific numbers.

Short Speed Calling – 8 Numbers (*74)

  • To Set Up: Assign up to 8 numbers for speed dialing.

Distinctive Ring

  • To Use: Assign a unique ringtone for specific incoming numbers.

Continuous Redial (*66)

  • To Use: Continuously redial a busy number until the line becomes free.

Line Blocking (*67)

  • To Use: Block your number from being displayed on Caller ID for a specific call.

Call Trace (*57)

  • To Use: Initiate a trace of the last call received, often used for harassing or threatening calls.

Anonymous Call Rejection (*77)

  • To Activate: Automatically reject calls from numbers with blocked caller IDs.

SIM Ring (*55)

  • To Use: Have multiple phones ring simultaneously when your number is called.
